At Ballykom, in the Eco Estate of Klein Slangkop in Kommetjie on the Cape Peninsula, South Africa, we created a drought tolerant garden in pure sand. We also changed a bare gravel garage roof that is overlooked by the main bedroom into a beautiful roof garden for birds and invertebrates to enjoy.
