Planning applications to develop brownfield sites into new dwellings require a landscaping proposal, outlining hard and soft landscaping and setting out measures to increase the biodiversity of the site.  Tara Dalton Garden Design prepares outline plans based on Sketchup models, which can then be used to further develop planting plans and schemes once the new house is built.  We can also provide biodiversity statements where needed.  The plans above and below are currently works in progress and the gardens will follow once the builds are complete.
